healthy lifestyle . . . healthy choices
Some how or another we have gotten off track and spend hours contemplating culinary delicacies we'll whip up in our gourmet kitchens, never considering the sustenance we call food is food-like, a by-product. Although we've managed to fool ourselves into believing one thing, our bodies are not easily deceived. In fact, our bodies provide insight into the problem.
With a diet of empty calories, moments later we find we're hungry, wanting something else and the cycle continues, usually leaving us hungrier than before. This "food" we consume is stored in the body, leading to dis-ease, morbid obesity, and a ravenous desire to eat any and everything.
What should we eat remains the question.
Our home, our planet, has all the nutrients necessary to sustain every living creature. Like our bodies, our land has the ability to regenerate, heal and grow from even the most dire and harshest of conditions ... allow it to rest and nature will take care of everything else.
But how does this impact our food when the soil has been compromised with insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, the seed has been genetically modified, the meat has been tainted and most "foods" boast a shelf life of years, not days. The Agricultural and Industrial Revolutions brought about numerous changes, key among them: finding ways to feed a growing population. So the question begs to be asked, what are we eating?
Humanity now plays host to record number of diseases, ailments and sicknesses not linked to squalor or poor living conditions, but directly linked to what we consume. Your birthright, living off the land, has been co-opted by interests and benefits of the few with no regard for the masses. The mission of Healthy Garden Health Center is a simple one ... rediscover how to eat to live.
Each dish provides balance of sweet, savory and healthy.

Healthy Garden Health Center does not use local produce because most are highly toxic. Farmers use a system of spraying to protect their crops and often share land for sod farming, therefore, chemicals make their way into the vegetation that is grown.
According to food standards, farmers adhere to the follow guideline to determine what is considered organic (check with your local or Agricultural Department for standards):
• 75% to 90% are certified;
• 70% are conventional and lower.
Our green vegetation is 100% organically grown in quality soil and shipped in from Vermont, New Hampshire, Maryland, Colorado, Arizona and California. In the winter months, most of our fresh vegetation arrives from across the Atlantic: Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, Peru, Africa, Mexico and the Caribbean.
The Struggle
There exists a real struggle and conversation surrounding protein deficiency: live protein versus animal protein. Flesh protein is dead protein the body cannot use due to the high levels of serum. Live protein is found in raw green vegetation, not destroyed by heat. That is why we at Healthy Garden Health Center offer live vegetation and raw juices that the body requires.
Here's a promise, you will never look at salad as a "regular plate of bland rabbit food" again. And the best part? Your body will thank you. Not figuratively, but literally in the form of three R's (restoration, regeneration and rejuvenation).
Whether you crave hearty, colorful salads, wheatgrass shots or whole food juices that are a meal onto themselves, you are sure to find these delights and more on our menu.
